Master of Science in Nursing & Master of Health Administration

This online graduate program allows RNs with bachelor’s degrees to earn both a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Health Administration.  The joint degree appeals to nurses who are, or plan to be, CEOs and facility or hospital administrators.  Nurse managers in hospitals applying for the American Nurses credentialing Commission’s (ANCC) Magnet status will be required to hold an MSN by 2013.  Curriculum in the MHA also provides the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare leaders to address the issues of access, quality and cost of health care services that face this nation.
