This certificate is for students interested in developing the skills and knowledge to develop and teach training programs at the adult and /or corporate level.

This 18 semester-hour credit undergraduate program provides participants with courses transferable to degree options available through Saint Joseph’s College. Twelve of the required 18 semester-hour credits must be completed through Saint Joseph’s College. Please have official transcripts forwarded directly to Saint Joseph’s College (attn: Enrollment Services, Graduate and Professional Studies) for transfer credit review.
